The technician was on time, very professional & respectful of my surroundings in my apartment, and most of all…Honest. He thought best to not clean 1 piece of furniture I had, and I agreed. Instead I added an area rug, and that turned out great as well. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking for all the qualities I mentioned above in a carpet/upholstery care business.

I'm a bit embarrassed to admit how long it had been since our 2 bedrooms had been steam cleaned. Extra time was spent on the areas that were high traffic and not only did it look much better, the removal of all the dust and allergens really helped as well. They did an excellent job stretching the carpet in a large room, then cleaned the carpets in the whole house.  I will hire them again. Then he handled a carpet repair that other companies would probably walk away from.   And last but not least he brought back our carpets  to a brand new appearance - just an amazing job. They came out to give a free estimate the same day i contacted them. Very professional & detailed with work. Also very careful with equipment and respectful of our home & environment. Price was much less than expected. Definitely will use again.
