Harley Carpet Cleaning did a great job. The technician was on time, very professional & respectful of my surroundings in my apartment, and most of all…Honest. He thought best to not clean 1 piece of furniture I had, and I agreed. Instead I added an area rug, and that turned out great as well. I’d highly recommend this business to anyone looking for all the qualities I mentioned above in a carpet/upholstery care business.

We were incredibly pleased with the service Harper Carpet Care provided. I'm a bit embarrassed to admit how long it had been since our 2 bedrooms had been steam cleaned. Extra time was spent on the areas that were high traffic and not only did it look much better, the removal of all the dust and allergens really helped as well. We'll be sure to have them back out again. I felt like we received much more personalized service than a big company would provide.

Great company to work with. They did an excellent job stretching the carpet in a large room, then cleaned the carpets in the whole house. I will hire them again. Probably the best carpet company for cleaning and stretching I have worked with in the Austin area.

The man who cleaned our carpet was very friendly and he came on time. He did a very good job. We will definitely call Harper Carpet Care in the future.

First thing Mr Harper was here on time, rare in Austin’s traffic. Then he handled a carpet repair that other companies would probably walk away from. Harper Carpet Care did a phenomenal job on our tile/grout & carpet cleaning. They came out to give a free estimate the same day i contacted them. Very professional & detailed with work. Also very careful with equipment and respectful of our home & environment. Price was much less than expected. Definitely will use again.
